Inventory Management

Bantam Solutions utilizes a state-of-the-art materials resource planning (MRP) system that supports both steady and dynamic product volume demand.  In addition, our centralized warehouse management system utilizes Kanban and JIT to drive optimum stocking levels and movement of individual parts and finished products across warehouse locations. 

Inventory Options

We offer a variety of financial options including client consigned inventory and inventory stocking, for companies that do not wish to hold pre-production or pre-shipped inventory on their balance sheet.
