New Product Integration (NPI)

Bantam Solutions’ NPI services focus on creating the fastest and highest quality path to first product shipment. Under the direction of an experienced Program Manager, we offer customers a comprehensive range of expert resources to support product design, manufacturing and logistics requirements. 

Strategies for key areas such as materials, production, testing and inventory management are developed based on both immediate needs and long-term goals.  In addition, Bantam facilities are equipped with a dedicated NPI manufacturing line to support prototype and integration (first article) builds.
